Integration of Motion and Image Features for Automatic Video Object Segmentation (MA-P4)

Abstract : The paper presents an automatic video segmentation algorithm concerning multiple features. The k-median algorithm is employed to partition an image into a set of homogenous regions. The location of moving objects is determined by change detection and tracked by using region descriptors. Experiments have been carried out on several video sequences and results have shown the efficiency of this approach.
